For Co-Working & Flex Spaces

A network your members trust from day one

In a flex space, connectivity is part of the product. We design and manage networks that keep members separated, secure, and online.

The challenges

What we hear from co-working & flex spaces

01

Members share the same infrastructure

Dozens of companies on one network create real security risk unless traffic is properly separated between members, guests, and building systems.

02

Wi-Fi is the first complaint

Dead zones, dropped video calls, and slow speeds during busy hours show up quickly in reviews and renewal conversations.

03

Access changes constantly

Members join, upgrade, and leave every month, and door access, network credentials, and printing all need to keep up.

04

Enterprise members bring requirements

Larger tenants often ask for dedicated networks, security documentation, or specific configurations before they will commit to a space.

Multi-tenant network segmentation done right

A co-working space is a multi-tenant environment, and the network has to treat it that way. Members should not be able to see each other's devices, guests should not reach anything beyond the internet, and building systems such as cameras, access control, and HVAC controls should sit on their own isolated segments. Getting this wrong exposes members to each other and exposes the operator to liability.

We design networks with proper segmentation, per-member or per-suite isolation where needed, and dedicated options for private offices and enterprise members. We document the design so you can answer member security questions clearly, and we manage it over time so changes do not quietly undo the protections. When you add a floor, reconfigure suites, or sign a large member, the network can adapt without a redesign from scratch.

Guest Wi-Fi, access control, and member turnover

Members expect Wi-Fi that works for video calls in every phone booth and conference room, and guests expect to get online without asking for help. That requires a properly surveyed wireless design, enough internet capacity for peak hours, and a guest experience that is simple without being wide open. It also requires cabling and equipment that can grow as the space is reconfigured.

Access control and onboarding need to move as fast as your membership does. We help you connect door access, network credentials, printing, and camera coverage into a process your community team can manage, so a member who leaves on Friday does not still have access on Monday. Clear processes also make it easier to answer member questions about who can reach their space, their devices, and their data.

Frequently asked questions

Can each member have its own private network?

Yes. We can isolate members by suite or by company and offer dedicated networks for enterprise members who need them, all on shared infrastructure that is managed centrally.

Do you handle access control and cameras as well as IT?

Yes. We design and support access control and video surveillance alongside the network so onboarding, offboarding, and security work as one process.

Can you help when we open a new location?

Yes. We plan cabling, wireless, internet service, and security for new locations so the space is ready for members on opening day.
